The nose is elegant, harmonious and offers a certain richness, freshness as well as a fine power (in the background). It reveals notes of Mirabelle, kumquat, small notes of fresh peach associated with touches of small yellow fruits as well as hints of hazelnut, salinity, a discreet hint of honey and very discreet hints of dry fruits. The palate is fruity, fresh, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize as well as a beautiful acidulous frame, suavity, fullness, fat, straightness (full of elegance) and a beautiful freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, juicy/ripe Mirabelle, small notes of small ripe/fleshy yellow fruits associated with small touches of yellow peach/Tatin tart as well as small hints of spices, honey/bee wax, hazelnut/brioche. A fine salinity and an imperceptible bitter hint and a discreet tannic hint on the finish. A very beautiful persistence.
