The nose is fruity and offers crunchiness, freshness, a small juiciness as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of crunchy/juicy blackberry, ripe raspberry and small notes of flowers associated with small touches of gray pepper as well as discreet hints of acidulous small berries and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, very finely tight and offers a good definition, a beautiful juicy/acidulous frame, a small tension, suavity, a small density as well as a fleshy/juicy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, ripe/juicy cassis and small notes of ripe/juicy raspberry associated with fine touches of toasted, liquorice as well as a subtle hint of caramelization and a discreet hint of green cardamom (in the background). Tannins are elegant. Good length.
