The nose is gourmand and offers richness, fullness, elegance, a beautiful fine grain, complexity as well as a small flattery side. It reveals notes of crushed strawberry, pulpy blackberry, small notes of fleshy plum associated with touches of toasted, chocolate, toasted hazelnut as well as small hints of blueberry, zan, tobacco, a very discreet hint of pepper and a subtle hint of sense of the place. The palate is fruity, racy and offers juiciness, a beautiful mineral frame, energy, a good definition as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, small juicy/pulpy black berries, small notes of violet plum associated with touches of wild strawberry as well as hints of tobacco, zan, sense of the place, fine hints of local underwood, camphor, rosemary and cocoa. Good length. Suavity in the finish.
