The nose is fruity, rich, aromatic and elegant. It reveals notes of candied fruit and candied apricot associated with a hint of candied citrus, slight notes of fresh ginger as well as a hint of zest, minerality and apple. The palate is fruity, suave, rich, well-balanced, relatively fat and offers minerality, freshness and an acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied mandarin and ginger combined with a slight note of white fruit / nectarine. Good length.
