The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, tension, precision, and a certain gourmandise. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, crushed blackcurrant and more slightly – fleshy cherry associated with touches of sweet blond tobacco as well as hints of sweet spices/vanilla. Good length. The tannins are supple, round and gourmand. Nice persistence and sapidity.
