The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a small concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, raspberry and small notes of fresh blackberry associated with small touches of fresh flowers, liquorice as well as very discreet hints of cardamom and caramelization. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, juicy/fleshy blackberry and small notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry associated with small touches of liquorice, chocolate as well as subtle hints of caramelization and cardamom. Good length. Fine power on the persistence.
