Château Sanctus 2017 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Château Sanctus 2017 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers power and a fine freshness. It reveals notes of wild cassis, blackberry and small notes of Sichuan pepper associated with very fine hints of spices, violet plum/raspberry and a discreet toasted hint. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers freshness, a good definition, an acidulous frame, tension, material, gourmandize as well as richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, juicy/fleshy blackberry and small notes of red berries/fleshy/ripe strawberry associated with very fine hints of violet, violet plum, chocolate/tonka bean and toasted/caramelization. A beautiful finish.
