The wine is clear and bright. It has a pale color on light rose gold. The first nose is aromatic. It is fresh with a smoky minerality. We also have fruity flavors with cooked apple, orange zest but also melon. With aeration, it is more intense with a small juicy pear and also cinnamon apple. Nice. The mouth is fresh and tangy. We find the pear and the apple without forgetting a mineral side. A hint of bitterness appears in the mid-palate supported by discreet notes of garrigue such as thyme and rosemary flower. The finish is fine on the olive leaf with a little salinity.
