Château Sainte Roseline – Cuvée La Chapelle de Sainte Roseline 2013 – Cru Classé – Côtes de Provence

The nose is aromatic, elegant, fresh, concentrated and offers richness. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry, garrigue and black olives combined with fine hints of figs, wild strawberries, redcurrant as well as a discreet hint of flowers, licorice, wood and vanilla. The palate is fruity, fine, elegant, straight, precise, silky, finely tight and offers a beautiful straightness, suavity, juiciness, tension, minerality and harmony. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed raspberry, crushed blackberry and cassis combined with fine touches of redcurrant, violet fig, garrigue, black olive, a subtle hint of black pepper, touches of caramelized oak as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers and Bourbon vanilla on the finish / persistence. Tannins are fine and elegant. A great wine !
