The nose is fruity, fresh and offers concentration as well as a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, crunchy strawberry and fine touches of ripe/crunchy grape seed associated with fine hints of flowers as well as discreet hints of liquorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, tension as well as a small richness/creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of blue berries associated with touches of ripe grape seeds, fine hints of bulb/peony as well as very fine hints of chocolate and liquorice. The finish is slightly firm. Good length and good persistence. There are fine hints of grilled bread and toasted on the persistence.
