Château Saint-Roux 2019 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a beautiful purity of the fruit, a small gourmandize and a fine freshness. It reveals notes of fresh raspberry, vine peach, small notes of lemon flowers associated with small touches of verbena and a subtle hint of sense of the place. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy frame, freshness, a fine tension, precision as well as a good purity of the fruit and a very fine concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, juicy/pulpy vine peach, small notes of apple associated with fine touches of juicy quince, lemon flowers as well as a subtle hint of sense of the place and an imperceptible hint of sage. Good length.
