The nose reveals notes of fresh blackberry and crushed cassis associated with slight/discreet hints of red berries, slight/discreet toasted hints and violet (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a slight fat, a beautiful juiciness of the fruit as well as a slight gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy strawberry, cherry and slight notes of juicy cassis, plum associated with a woody hint, a toasted hint as well as a very discreet hint of cacao and tea. Tannins are well-built and very slightly firm. Good length. There is a small gourmandise/suavity on the finish.
