The nose is fruity, elegant, fine and offers a racy power and a very beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of ripe cassis and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with very fine hints of plum, violet, Sichuan pepper and spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, elegant and offers a beautiful definition and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, raspberry and small notes of violet as well as very fine hints of chocolate, toasted and caramelization. Tannins are well-built and elegant. A subtle hint of dark chocolate on the finish.
