The nose is fruity and offers a small gourmandize as well as a very fine concentration. It reveals notes of strawberry, fleshy cassis, small notes of griotte associated with touches of cornflower, zan, sweet spices and a very discreet hints of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, precision, gourmandize as well as juiciness and a mineral/finely acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy strawberry, pulpy/juicy raspberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of cassis as well as hints of nutmeg, toasted and tonka bean.
