Château Saint-Esprit Signature AOP Côtes de Provence 2019

The color of this wine is deep purple, limpid and shiny. The first nose is aromatic and powerful with notes of black fruits but also lots of spices such as cinnamon and saffron. With air, black tea appears. There is also a minty freshness and sweet spices. Blackcurrant, black cherry and cranberry share the poster. At the end of the nose, liquorice takes off, accompanied by a hint of alcohol. The attack is fresh and frank. We perceive a sweetness and the tannins envelop the mouth little by little until the finish. There is also a surprising acidity that balances the mid-palate. Spices, black tea and stewed black fruits are present. The finish is discreet on fruits and pepper.
