The wine is clear and shiny. It has a pale rose gold colour. The first nose is discreet with notes of fruits such as apricot and peach. With air, the flavors are slightly more intense with small crushed red fruits but also lemon blossom. There is a nice minerality, a freshness with hints of vanilla. The attack is fresh with fruits like watermelon and mango. There is also nectarine and some fresh herbs. The whole presents a controlled acidity which continues until the finish, revealing a saline side. It’s frank with an almond note that concludes the tasting.
