Pretty pale and bright color on light orange. The first nose is aromatic with notes of olive leaf as well as citrus fruits such as pomelo and small crunchy red fruits. The second nose is more on stone fruits like peach and apricot. The palate is tangy and fresh with a slightly vinous side. The tasting is more mineral with a fresh and salivating mid-palate with a hint of iodine. The end of the palate is more subtle with flowers like rose and rosemary flower.
