The nose offer power, a very fine freshness as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of ripe/fresh wild cassis, wild small berries and small notes of wild raspberry associated with fine touches of gray pepper as well as very fine hints of liquorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, juiciness, a good definition as well as a small gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of small red fruits associated with a touch of red berries as well as a subtle varietal hint/bulb and very fine hints of toasted/vanilla. Good length. A hint of tonka bean on the persistance.
