The nose is fruity, flowery and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed wild cassis and small notes of violet associated with a touch of cornflower, cardamom, toasted and chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, minerality as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy blackberry and small notes of cardamom associated with fine touches of caramelization, strawberry as well as discreet hints of violet and tea/sweet spices. Tannins are well-built.
