On the nose, fruity and quite ripe. It reveals notes of jammy blackcurrant, ripe blackberry and more slightly juicy/ripe blueberry associated with small touches of cherry as well as fine hints of licorice stick, lily, white pepper and discrete spice/clove. On the palate, fruity, balanced, discreetly tight and offers a juicy/acidic frame, minerality, gourmandize and a nice juicy/ripe fruit. The wine expresses notes of jammy black currant, crushed currant and more lightly pulpy cherry combined with hints of blueberry, blueberry as well as hints of licorice and a subtle vanilla edge. Good length.
