The palate is fruity, mineral and offers freshness, tension as well as a nice silky matter and density. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, plum and slight notes of black cherry associated with slight notes of licorice, a fine note of strawberry, cassis buds as well as a hint of spice and liquorice.
