The nose is fruity, finely powerful and offers a fine concentration and elegance. It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, wild blackberry and garrigue combined with a subtle hint of cherry, crushed / juicy blueberry, as well as discreet hints of mocha, spices, olive and Sichuan pepper and mocha. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, fine, elegant, aerial, suave and offers a good definition, a fine tension, complexity, gourmandise, an acid frame as well as a beautiful silky matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy / crushed blueberry, fleshy / crushed cherry, small notes of cassis and touches of blackberry associated with a subtle hint of colas, cornflower, black olive, a very discreet hint toasted oak as well as an imperceptible touch of garrigue and vanilla. Tannins are elegant, straight and fine. Good length and good persistence.
