The nose is fruity, very slightly tight and offers a very fine richness as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of cassis and crushed wild blackberry associated with small notes of small black fruits, mentholed liquorice as well as discreet touches of toasted and toasted almond. The palate is fruity, net, straight and offers suavity, an acid frame, tension as well as a fine juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy cassis and more slightly fleshy strawberry associated with small touches of mentholed liquorice, caramelized almond as well as a very discreet hint of oak and iris (in the background). Tannins are fine and very slightly dry.
