The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight juiciness, roundness, a very slight grain, minerality as well as a racy mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of ripe red berries / black cherry associated with small touches of tonka bean, undergrowth / mushroom as well as very discreet spices hints and an imperceptible touch of Ceylon tea.
