The nose is elegant, fruity and offers power, a small tension, a peppery side, a precise fruit as well as a fine chiseled side. It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, boysenberry and small notes of crushed raspberry associated with fine touches of pulpy / juicy blue fruits, cuben pepper, crunchy purple plum, violet, “sense of place” / terroir as well as slight hints of nutmeg, toasted and cardamom. The mouth is fruity, fluid, mineral and offers a fine freshness, tension, precision, gourmandize, a slight tangy frame, racy minerality as well as a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh blackberry, juicy / fresh cassis and small notes of juicy raspberry associated with touches of cornflowers, toasted, chocolate, a fine touch of juicy / fresh blue berries, racy minerality as well as hints of tea, gray pepper / cuben pepper. Tannins are slightly marked. Currently there is a small gap between the nose and the mouth.
