The nose is fruity and relatively fine. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and slight notes of crushed wild strawberry associated with a hint of violet as well as slight notes of toasted oak and zan. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a small freshness, a slight acid frame as well as fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, crushed strawberry and slight notes of cassis, plum, raspberry associated with slight touch of toasted oak, mocha as well as a discreet note of caramel, zan and black tea note. Tannins are fine and slightly dry. Good length. There is a slightly gourmand on the finish.
