Château Reignac de Tizac 2021 – Bordeaux

Château Reignac de Tizac 2021 – Bordeaux

The nose is fruity, fresh and reveals a fine, relatively discrete spicy touch. There are notes of fresh blackberry, raspberry and, more slightly, fleshy/pulpy strawberry associated with fine touches of liquorice, a subtle hint of star anise and vanilla. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, good definition, some concentration, tension, a fine dynamism, density, an acidic backbone and a good work of the bitter taste. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, fleshy wild blackcurrant/blackberry and more lightly juicy/fresh strawberry as well as fine hints of redcurrant, hints of lily, cherry blossom, discreet hints of tonka bean/cocoa and vanilla. Good length. The tannins are supple.
