The nose is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a very fine intensity as well as minerality. It revealsnotes of ripe/candied citrus and small notes of zests associated with touches of fresh white fruits as well as very fine hints of hazelnut fat. The palate is fruity, frank, acidulous, well-balanced, harmonious and offers a smal unctuosity, a fresh frame, an acidulous/fleshy fruit, sweetness as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, crushed William pear and small notes of candied apple associated with fine touches of candied citrus (mandarine/pink grapefruit), fine hints of vanilla and a hint of almond.
