The nose is fresh, fruity and offers good acidity / freshness. It reveals notes of candied / fresh lemon, fresh kumquat and touches of zest, dry / fresh apricot associated with fine touches of spices, ginger, subtle hints of litchi as well as a hint of beeswax, fresh pineapple and hints of honeysuckle (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers suavity, a beautiful fat, tension, a good acidity, straightness as well as a fine unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied pineapple and small notes of apple in syrup associated with a touch of Williams pepper, discreet touches of ginger, exotic fruits, kumquat as well as a discreet hint of lime, slight hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of vanilla (in the background).
