The nose is fruity, rich, elegant and offers concentration as well as a slight straightness. It reveals notes of candied lemon, green lemon and slight notes of candied peach associated with discreet hints of zests as well as a hint of peach in syrup, fresh ginger and a subtle hint of caramelized oak/vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight minerality, a slight acid frame, freshness, a beautiful fat/suavity, a slight unctuosity as well as a beautiful definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of green apple in syrup, peach in syrup, candied green lemon and hints of mandarin associated with a discreet hint of quenette/exotic fruits, toasted hints/vanilla as well as small hints of honey and an imperceptible hint of brioche. Good length. There is a hint of citrus on the finish/persistence.
