The nose is elegant, beautifullyracy and offers a nice freshness, minerality as well as an aerial power. It reveals notes of fresh / juicy apple, fresh / juicy lemon and small notes of yuzu associated with touches of nectarine as well as delicate touches of acacia flowers, lemon blossoms, a hint of mesocarp, lilac as well as a subtle hint of sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of verbena. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, delicate, precise, dynamic and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful freshness as well as a certain power in delicacy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of bright peach, bright lemon and small notes crystallized mandarin associated with touches of fresh mango, apple blossoms, fine hints of racy minerality / fresh gravels, acacia flowers, crunchy green apple as well as a delicate hint of toasted almond and sweet spices. A very beautiful acidity and sapidity on the finish / persistence. Presence of a subtle hint of vanilla on the aftertaste. Bottled gold, congratulations !
