The nose is fresh and offers a spicy side as well as a small concentration of fruit. It reveals notes of jammy kumquat, quince and small notes lemon associated with small touches of eucalyptus, spices, brioche as well as a subtle hint of almond and vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, a nice definition, minerality, a beautiful freshness as well as a beautiful guideline. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, crushed mirabelle plum and small notes crystallized mandarin associated with touches of roasted pineapple, small fruits in syrup, fine hints of apple blossoms, eucalyptus as well as a subtle hint of almond and toasted / roasted fruit. Beautiful acidity and sapidity on the persistence. An imperceptible hint of pâtisseries in the background.
