The nose is fruity, gourmand, fine and relatively rich. It reveals notes of blackberry, plum jam and fine notes of crème de cassis associated with touches of Sichuan pepper and chocolate. The palate is fruity, gourmand, juicy, precise, relatively fat and offers a beautiful silky, suavity, a fine grain, a nice density and freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, plum and slight notes of cassis associated with slight notes of licorice and a hint of chocolate. Tannins are fine and ripe. Good length.
