The nose is fresh. It reveals notes of fresh strawberry, fresh cassis bud and small notes of fresh blackberry associated with fine touches of cornflower rhubarb as well as fine hints of spices and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine gourmandize, tension, freshness as well as a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, juicy/fresh cassis and small notes of juicy/fresh red berries associated with fine touches of peony, iris as well as fine hints of liquorice and spices. Tannins are slightly firm. Good length. Power on the finish.
