The nose is aromatic, racy and offers a fine grain as well as a certain power and intensity. It reveals notes of pulpy/juicy wild blackberry, bright cassis and small notes of strawberry associated with touches of violet as well as a hint of lily, iris, a racy minerality, discreet hints of tonka bean, hazelnut and a hint of Madagascar pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral, juicy, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful precision of the fruit, deepness as well as a bright side and energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright raspberry, juicy/pulpy red berriesand small notes of violet associated with touches of blackberry, iris as well as hints of racy minerality, a fine hint of bright/fresh plum, tonka bean, caramelized hazelnut and a discreet hint of cinnamon (in the background). Tannins are elegant and offer a very fine chewiness. A beautiful persistence and suavity on the finish. An elegant and complex wine.
