The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, a beautiful definition, a beautiful fat as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy Boysen berry, small blue berries, small notes of cornflower associated with touches of blueberry as well as fine hints of liquorice, nutmeg and caramelization. Tannins are well-built. A very discreet hint of coffee and cocoa on the persistence.
