The nose is elegant, fruity and offers a small concentration as well as a fine freshness. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, raspberry and small notes of juicy small blue fruits associated with fine touches of cornflower, fine hints of Cuben pepper, liquorice as well as a discreet hint of camphor and vanilla. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and offers a good definition, gourmandize as well as an acidulous/juicy frame. It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy blackberry and small notes of juicy/fresh small blue berries associated with touches of fresh raspberry as well as hints of violet, cornflower and very fine hints of caramelization. Tannins are elegant.
