It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, raspberry and small notes of juicy small blue fruits associated with fine touches of cornflower, fine hints of Cuben pepper, liquorice as well as a discreet hint of camphor and vanilla. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and offers a good definition, gourmandize as well as an acidulous/juicy frame. It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy blackberry and small notes of juicy/fresh small blue berries associated with touches of fresh raspberry as well as hints of violet, cornflower and very fine hints of caramelization. Tannins are elegant.
