The nose is a bit less “exuberant” than the 2010 vintage. It is complex, fine and reveals a fleshy side. It reveals notes of blackcurrant and blueberry associated with touch of oak. The mouth is fine, elegant, right, fat and structured. Beautiful texture on the palate. It expresses notes of fresh cherries and slight notes of red fruit, black fruit (plum, blackberry, black cherry). The tannins are fine, elegant but currently slightly firm (time required). Good length.
