The palateisfruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautifuldefinition, gourmandize, a beautifulsuavity, tension, a small power, a beautifulfreshness, a beautiful fat, a verybeautifulsilkiness as well as an acidulous frame. On the palatethiswine expresses notes of cassis, black cherry and more slightlyblackberryassociatedwithsmall touches of smalljuicyblueberries, smallhints of tonkabean as well as a fine hint of flowers, discreethints of liquorice/zan and a verydiscreethint of truffle.
