The mouth is fruity, finely tight and offers juiciness, freshness, an acidulous frame as well as tension and a certain darkness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe black small currants, juicy cassis, small notes of acidulous raspberry associated with touches of camphor, mocha and a discreet hint of vanilla. The tannins are racy and discreetly mellow.
