Château Plince 2015 – Pomerol

The nose is fruity, full and gourmand. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis jam and slight notes of blueberry associated with a hint of red fruits, licorice and a discreet hint of violet. The palate is fruity, well-defined, racy, silky, quite gourmand, relatively fat and offers precision and suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of black cherry, cassis and fine notes of blackberry associated with touches of chocolate, slight notes of licorice as well as touches of minerality. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length.
