The nose is aromatic, relatively elegant and finely powerful. It reveals notes of blackberry and slight notes of violet, cassis, wood associated with discreet touches of crushed raspberry and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, quite aerial and offers a fine acid frame as well as fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry and cassis associated with slight notes of plum, raspberry as well as hints of oak, a discreet hint of liquorice, chocolate and cornflowers.
