The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, pulpiness / juiciness, dynamism, a good definition as well as a beautiful fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy raspberry, small red berries and small notes of cassis associated with slight touches of cornflower, violet as well as a hint of juicy violet plum, nutmeg, cardamom, vanilla (in the background) and toasted. Good length.
