The nose is spicy, racy, slightly reduced. It expresses notes of pulpy cherry, wild red berries and more slightly cloves combined with touches of nutmeg and a hint of blackcurrant and a sense of place. The palate is mineral and offers juiciness, smoothness, a little freshness, tension, precision, as well as a tangy structure. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, pulpy blackcurrant, and more slightly – plum blossoms associated with touches of small wild red berries, as well as hints of cornflower and chocolate. There is also a little fattiness coating and fine hints of chocolate in the background.
