Château Plain-Point 2017 – Fronsac

The nose reveals notes of fleshy cassis, blackberry and more slightly small berries associated with touches of spices as well as discreet hints of pepper and toasted. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, well-built, precise and offers tension, fat, suavity, a small unctuosity, a small concentration, a small power, fullness as well as straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/crushed blackberry, crushed cassis and crushed raspberry associated with fine touches of chocolate, liquorice and caramelized oak. Tannins are well-built and slightly firm/straight.
