The nose is fresh, fruity, aromatic and offers intensity. It reveals notes of ripe/fresh cassis, violet as well as small notes fresh/juicy blueberry associated with fine touches of lily, hints of tonka bean, very discreet hints of sweet spices as well as subtle hint of vanilla and sugared mild tobacco. The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a mineral/acidulous frame, power, juiciness, precision as well as a good finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, juicy/fresh blackberry and small notes of juicy/fresh raspberry associated with fine touches of flowers (cornflower, violet), hints of tonka bean as well as a subtle hint of clove and cardamom. Tannins are precise and structuring. Good length.
