The nose is fruity, relatively generous and offers a some opulence. It reveals notes of plum jam, blackberry and slight notes of sweet spices, oak associated with a hint of flowers and a touch of cassis jam. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, Quetsche plum and slight notes of blackberry associated with a hint of strawberry as well as a touch of licorice, toasted oak and a discreet / slight touch of sweet spices (vanilla, cinnamon …). Tannins are well built. Good length and persistence.
