The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration and intensity. It reveals notes of lemon, apple and fine / discreet touches of zest associated with a discreet hint of flowers and touches of limestone. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acid frame, fat, a good freshness, a beautiful roundness, minerality, gourmandise, fat, a fine juiciness as well as a fine acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, green apple and lime zest associated with fine / discreet notes of exotic fruits (in the background) and an imperceptible touch of lychee. Good length and good persistence. The finish is crunchy.
