The nose is fruity, elegant, fine as well as relatively powerful and relatively rich. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, cassis jam and slight notes of violet, black cherry, licorice and woody hints. The palate is fruity, mineral, silky, ample, fat and offers a slight freshness as well as a beautiful definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, juicy plum and slight notes of cassis associated with a hint of strawberry, blueberry as well as discreet hints of toasted oak, chocolate, licorice and a very discreet hints of black pepper. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length.
